WE ARE USPLUS

Starting with the youngest kids, we are building a cohort of empowered change-makers.

UsPlus is created by teachers, for teachers.

We support elementary school educators as they guide their students to become empowered communicators and collaborators.

ABOUT USPLUS

At UsPlus we aim to empower students as advocates and change-makers. We envision a world in which all children are given the opportunity to develop the habits of a productive, respectful and effective communicators. We provide educators with 1:1 coaching and consultation with the UsPlus team, classroom resources covering skills such as deep listening, shared problem solving, and productive disagreement.

CLASSROOM RESOURCES

Our easy to use resources take only 15 minutes twice a week in your classroom to get started.

TEACHER COACHING

Our team is here to help you select the best resource for your students and coach you along the way.

GROWTH MONITORING

Using our comprehensive assessment tools, track student growth as communicators and collaborators over time.

This was an easy curriculum to add into my morning meetings. Students engaged with each other in a way that allowed them to learn more as they summarized and asked questions. The best sign of success was when they connected "Deep Listening" to a scene in "Because of Winn Dixie."
